(2) defects caused by wear and tear or lack of proper care and cleaning.

(3) if an item of jewellery has been repaired or modified by another party.

Diamond-Studio.co.uk will not be responsible for any direct or indirect financial loss from the information contained with the website of Diamond-Studio.co.uk.

Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website and these Terms and Conditions at any time. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law and jurisdiction
